Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Chip.pk. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at cpakstore@gmail.com with your order details.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  3. Ship the item to the address provided.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item:

  • We will inspect it and notify you of the status.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card provider; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank for processing delays.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect item received

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

  • Notify us within 1 days of delivery.
  • Provide photos of the product and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

8. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 Hours of placing the order. After that, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.
